This privacy policy explains how IlovePRD (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Service.

1. Data We Collect

  • Account data - name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google.
  • Project content - product ideas, answers, feature structure, PRDs, and tasks you create in the Service.
  • Usage data - monthly PRD generation counts for plan quotas, plus technical logs such as access time to maintain system reliability.

2. How We Use Data

  • Provide and operate the core Service features.
  • Send User Content to third-party AI model providers to generate PRDs, feature structures, technology recommendations, and tasks.
  • Calculate and enforce Free/Pro plan quotas.
  • Improve, monitor, and secure the Service.
  • Send account-related communications such as password resets, email confirmations, and terms updates.

3. Sharing Data With Third Parties

We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Service, including:

  • Supabase - authentication and project data storage.
  • AI model providers compatible with OpenAI APIs - processing User Content to generate PRDs, structures, and tasks.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with access controls so each user can only access their own data. We apply reasonable security practices, but no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

Account and project data are stored while your account is active. You can delete projects or request account deletion at any time. After an account is deleted, related data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless legal obligations require longer retention.

6. Your Rights

  • Access and download User Content through the Markdown export feature.
  • Update profile data through the Account page.
  • Request account and related data deletion by contacting us.

7. Cookies and Sessions

We use required session cookies for authentication and login management. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising tracking.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or email before they take effect.
